On April 10, the MAM2009 symposium will be organized at UNO, featuring talks by our students enrolled in the Kerrigan research minigrant program. The students will present their mathematics research results. On April 16, the Math department will host a talk by Dr. Robert W. Smith, Department of Chemistry, University of Nebraska at Omaha, who will give a presentation on the topic of math and climate.
