College Algebra and Pre-Calculus students will deliver presentations about what it takes to succeed in college mathematics courses and will connect what they are learning in their classes to topics in Business, Personal Finance, College Life, Sports, and more! The presentations will be attended by local high school students and the larger college community. The goal of "Mathematics Awareness Day" is to increase public understanding of and appreciation for mathematics. This event is possible thanks to a DoE MSEIP grant and the college's Office of Academic Service-Learning.
