On Monday, April 19, 3:00 p.m. in MMS 141, Professor James Cushing of the University of Arizona will speak on mathematical biology. On Thursday, April 22, 3:30 p.m. in the MMS 1st Floor Lobby, there will be an ice cream social. On Friday, April 23, 2:30 p.m. in the Science Lecture Hall, Dr. Doug Roble of Digital Domain, Los Angeles, CA, will give a public lecture on Mathematics, Special Effects, and the Effects Industry.
